It's still a fact though that the only thing your fix is really doing is simulating adding a newer parts (with the exception of using old gears and springs from the newer designed internals). You just moved things around a bit by machining here and there. Oh, and I still think you are not seeing what I have pointed out as far as the thickness of those parts go. And the newer designed cam helix is different with it's collar :) Your fix will still wear out from mechanical wear and may even fail sooner due to using old parts from other or the same sprockets. I don't think anyone will be willing to pay you $700 (you infered $300 but as we all know that price will skyrocket) for something which the whole of is using old parts. Good luck :)
